  1. Client Responsibilities

To deliver our Services effectively, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate access credentials (e.g., hosting, admin, or FTP access)
  • Maintain valid payment information
  • Notify us of any changes to your website or hosting environment
  • Avoid making direct changes that conflict with ongoing maintenance work

We are not responsible for issues arising from third-party modifications or hosting provider downtime.

  1. Service Plans and Billing
  • All plans are billed on a [monthly/annual] basis, unless otherwise agreed.
  • Payments are due in advance and are non-refundable once services begin.
  • Late payments may result in temporary suspension of services.

After termination, we are not responsible for website downtime, errors, or security vulnerabilities.

We aim to respond to support requests within 24 hours and resolve issues as soon as reasonably possible. Response times may vary depending on the complexity or severity of the issue.

  1. Limitation of Liability

While we take every precaution to maintain your website’s performance and security, we cannot guarantee:

  • Uninterrupted or error-free operation
  • Complete protection from malware, hacking, or server failures

In no event shall we be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use your website.

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for services in the month preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

If a plugin or theme license expires or changes ownership, renewal costs may be your responsibility unless covered by your plan.
